Calm guidance in an unfamiliar employment system
Meet Netforgegrid, a Frankfurt consultation practice helping employees understand probation and dismissal processes in Germany.
Why we began
Netforgegrid grew from a recurring problem: employees often receive an important letter before they understand the vocabulary, sequence and institutions around it. A conversation with HR, a works council, an employment lawyer or the Agentur für Arbeit becomes more productive when the employee arrives with a reliable timeline and precise questions.
Our role is to make that preparation possible. We read for context, ask careful questions and explain common process distinctions in plain English.
Our working approach
We begin with documents and dates rather than assumptions. We distinguish a contractual clause from an employer statement, and practical preparation from legal representation. When a matter requires a Rechtsanwalt—particularly because a court deadline may be running—we say so directly.
The people behind the consultations
Sessions are led by employment-process consultant Mara Feld, who has supported internationally mobile employees and HR-facing workplace transitions in Frankfurt since 2017. Her work focuses on document orientation, meeting preparation and referrals to qualified legal and public-service professionals.
Netforgegrid is independent of employers, recruitment agencies and insurers. We do not receive referral fees from law firms.
Values that guide each session
Specificity over reassurance. A real date, clause or unanswered question is more useful than a vague promise.
Privacy by restraint. We request only the material needed for the consultation and encourage redaction of unrelated personal data.
Clear limits. Consultation is not legal representation. Knowing when to escalate is part of responsible guidance.
