A consultation built around documents, dates and decisions
See how to prepare for a Netforgegrid employment consultation, what happens during the session and what follows.
1. Describe the immediate question
Use the contact form to tell us whether you are preparing for a probation review, have received a dismissal notice, or are considering a termination agreement. Include key dates, but do not send health records, identity documents, bank details or unrelated correspondence.
We reply within one business day and confirm whether the question fits our scope. If your message suggests an urgent court deadline, we may recommend contacting a German employment lawyer immediately rather than waiting for a consultation.
2. Prepare a short document set
For most sessions, the useful material is limited:
- the signed employment contract and relevant amendments;
- the dismissal letter, proposed agreement or meeting invitation;
- a one-page chronology of important conversations and delivery dates;
- any formal warning or relevant works council communication;
- your three most important questions.
Documents may be provided in German or English. If reliable translation is required, we will explain that separately.
3. Meet in Frankfurt or by video
We follow the timeline, examine the language used and separate known facts from assumptions. The aim is not to rehearse every possible outcome. It is to identify the next sensible conversation, the document that requires attention and any point that belongs with qualified counsel.
4. Receive your action summary
For the flagship review, a written summary arrives within one business day. It records the timeline discussed, open questions, practical preparation and referral points. It is designed as a working note for you—not as a legal opinion to send to your employer.
What to expect from our boundaries
Netforgegrid provides informational consultation and decision preparation. We do not act as a law firm, negotiate settlements, file claims or contact employers. These limits keep the service focused and make referrals unambiguous.
