How Netforgegrid handles contact and consultation data for employment guidance in Germany.

Data we process and why
When you contact us, we process your name, email, message and appointment preferences to answer your request and prepare a consultation. If you become a client, we process booking, payment-status and consultation records to perform the contract and meet legal obligations. We ask you not to send unnecessary health, identity, banking or third-party data.
The lawful basis is generally taking steps at your request, performing a contract, complying with law, and our legitimate interest in secure administration. Optional analytics, if introduced, require your consent.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted within six months. Consultation records are retained only as long as needed for service, defence of claims and statutory accounting duties; invoices may be kept for the period required under German law. We then delete or anonymise data securely.
Recipients and international transfers
Limited data may be handled by hosting, email, video-call and professional service providers under appropriate contracts. We prefer processing in the EU/EEA. Where a provider transfers data internationally, we use an applicable legal mechanism such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses and assess supplementary safeguards.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. You also have the right to complain to a competent data protection authority, including the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
Security and enquiries
We use proportionate organisational and technical safeguards. Email is not inherently confidential, so use the initial form only for a brief description. Send privacy requests to info@netforgegrid.digital; we may need to verify your identity without collecting excessive information.
