Refund, cancellation and rescheduling policy
Refund and cancellation terms for Netforgegrid employment consultations in Germany.
Cancelling before a consultation
Cancel at least 48 hours before the confirmed start for a full refund. Cancellations received between 24 and 48 hours before the start are eligible for a 50% refund. Fees are normally non-refundable with less than 24 hours’ notice or for a no-show, because the reserved time cannot usually be reassigned.
Rescheduling
One reschedule is available without charge when requested at least 24 hours in advance. Later changes are treated as a cancellation unless illness, emergency or another exceptional circumstance makes that unreasonable. We assess exceptions fairly and may request only proportionate evidence.
Work already started
If you cancel after requesting early review of documents or after receiving consultation materials, we may deduct a reasonable amount for work completed with your express request. Purchased third-party translation or specialist services are refundable only where the supplier refunds us; we will disclose such costs before ordering.
If we cancel
If Netforgegrid cannot provide the confirmed session, you may choose a new time or receive a full refund. If we end work because the matter requires regulated legal representation or creates a conflict, we refund the undelivered portion.
Requesting a refund
Email info@netforgegrid.digital with your name, appointment date and reason. Eligible refunds are approved within five business days and returned to the original payment method. Bank or card processing can then take up to ten business days.
Deposits, if expressly agreed for extended work, follow the written proposal. This policy does not limit statutory withdrawal or consumer rights under German law.
