A probation review can feel vague even when the contract is short. This session helps you identify the wording that matters, collect examples of your work and prepare direct questions about expectations, performance feedback and the remaining timeline.
We do not script a confrontation. We help you build a factual agenda, distinguish feedback from a formal warning, and note what should be confirmed in writing after the conversation.
